Can I earn points from playing casino games via the poker lobby?

Yes. Points can be earned whilst playing casino games as well. For every $16 wagered on casino games, you will earn 1 Status Point. Status Points are converted to Reward Points at an exchange rate of -1:1.

If my Status Points are reset at the end of every month, and I reach a new status on the 29th, do I keep this status for 2 days?

No. We have made sure that you get the maximum from your status, which is why any new status gained during a month will be secure until the end of the following month. So, for example, if you reach a new status on the 29th of April, this will be your status right until the end of May!

Can my Reward Points expire?
